INGREDIENTS:

*Makes 2 servings of 16-20oz drinks*

  1. Cut produce into pieces that will easily be processed by the juicer.

  2. Be sure to check the pulp that was extracted from the juicing, if it is damp, you can run it through the juicer again for even more juice!

Leftover juice will keep for 24 hours!

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 8 celery stalks

  • 4 apples (cored)

  • 16 leaves of kale with stalks

  • 1/4 cup parsley 

  • 1 lemon (peeled)

  • 2 inch piece of ginger (peeled)
